Refund Policy

This Refund & Return Policy is part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By placing an order on Lyepax, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of Our Products (Key Legal Foundation)

Lyepax specializes in custom-made and personalized products, including but not limited to items created using:

  • Sublimation printing
  • Vinyl application
  • Photo and image-based customization
  • Text, names, dates, or user-provided designs

Because each product is created specifically for an individual customer, it cannot be resold, reused, or restocked.

This policy is designed in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws governing custom and made-to-order goods.


2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

All sales are final once an order has entered production.

Lyepax does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for personalized products, including cases where:

  • The customer changes their mind
  • The gift is no longer needed
  • The recipient does not like the product
  • The customer provided incorrect text, images, or information
  • The customer selected the wrong size, color, or variant

This policy applies regardless of whether the order has shipped or not, once production has begun.


3. Customer Responsibility for Custom Content

By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

  • All submitted text, images, and customization details are correct
  • They have the legal right to use any uploaded content (including photos, logos, or designs)
  • They have reviewed previews, descriptions, and product details carefully

Lyepax is not responsible for errors resulting from customer-provided information.


4. Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take quality seriously. An exception to this policy may be granted only under the following conditions:

Eligible Cases

  • The product arrives physically damaged
  • The product received is materially different from what was ordered due to our error

Required Actions

To be eligible for review, the customer must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photographic evidence of:
    • The damaged item
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label (if applicable)
  3. Include the order number and description of the issue

5. Resolution Method (Important Protection Clause)

If a claim is approved:

  • Lyepax will offer a replacement of the same item
  • Refunds are issued only at our sole discretion
  • Shipping costs for approved replacements will be covered by Lyepax

Cash refunds are not guaranteed and are not the default resolution.


6. Non-Eligible Claims (Explicitly Excluded)

The following situations do not qualify for refunds, returns, or replacements:

  • Minor color variations due to printing processes
  • Slight alignment differences inherent to handcrafted or customized production
  • Differences between screen previews and final printed results
  • Damage caused by misuse, washing, heat exposure, or improper care
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Claims submitted outside the 48-hour reporting window

7. Shipping Issues & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped:

  • Lyepax is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers
  • Carrier issues must be resolved directly with the shipping provider

However, we may assist customers in initiating claims when appropriate, without assuming liability.


8. Chargebacks & Dispute Protection

Customers agree that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Lyepax constitutes a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

In cases of chargebacks:

  • Lyepax reserves the right to submit this policy, order details, production records, and communication logs as evidence
  • Abuse of the dispute process may result in account restriction or refusal of future service

9. Policy Updates

Lyepax reserves the right to update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
