Order Processing Time
All Lyepax products are custom-made and produced on demand.
- Standard processing time: 2–5 business days
- Processing time begins after payment is successfully completed
- Processing time does not include shipping transit time
Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional events.
Lyepax reserves the right to extend processing times without prior notice when necessary.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are shipped using third-party carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar).
- Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout
- Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates
Lyepax does not control carrier operations and cannot guarantee carrier performance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Package size and weight
- Selected shipping method
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Delivery Delays & Carrier Issues
Lyepax is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Customs or governmental actions
- Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an order is returned due to:

- Incomplete address
- Failure to retrieve the package
Lyepax is not obligated to issue a refund or replacement.
Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is requested.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:
- Lyepax is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- Customers are encouraged to provide a secure delivery location
In cases where carrier insurance applies, Lyepax may assist in filing a claim, but resolution is subject to carrier policies.

- Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes
- Lyepax is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
